Over the past 20 years, I have been training private practice PTs on how to become a better CEO and build the practice of their dreams. I have worked with some truly remarkable practices as well as some nearly bankrupt practices. It doesn't matter to me. I believe that people are as valuable as we can help others.I love to help others. 

Many years ago, I had a nearly bankrupt practice. I was about to throw in the towel. I received a call inviting me to a practice management workshop. I thought, what have I got to lose, and decided to attend. About 20 minutes into the seminar, I realized that I was the biggest loser in the room with the least successful practice. 

However, there was this ONE GUY who worked for this seminar company, who saw that I had the drive to reach my goals but lacked the know-how. No one else was interested in helping me with my practice. Fortunately for me and now for so many other private practitioners, there was this ONE GUY who did believe in me and helped me. My practice grew by 9 fold. I started sneaking out of the office to help my patients who owned their own business. Just for fun. I soon realized that my passion is to help people who help others, specifically private practitioners.  

I sold my practice 20 years ago and have been paying it forward ever since by helping other private practitioners. For many, I am that ONE GUY. The guy who believes in his client and his or her potential, even when they may not currently believe in themselves.
